Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team at Spruce Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for planning, maintaining, and integrating local and wide area network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure consisting of switches, routers, SD-WAN edge appliances, wireless infrastructure, cellular-based appliances, and associated hardware and software.
  • Perform network management functions utilizing industry tools to monitor, test, verify, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems.
  • Assist in the execution of planned deployments and upgrades and support change management efforts within the edge networking group.
  • Participate in Service Now trouble ticket resolution and reporting.
  • Assist in the rollout of pilot/new network technology applications to meet operational needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in network support and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Cisco CLI and network monitoring tools.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift 50 pounds. They will also be required to work from a step ladder.
