Payroll Operations Specialist

Marsh McLennan is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Analyst to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of payroll tasks, ensuring accurate and timely payroll payments to employees.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain accurate employee and payroll records
- Execute payroll processing and production
- Produce accurate and timely payroll payments to employees
- Closely follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance and minimize risk
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service skills and mindset
- Experience meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience problem solving and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Office 365 experience
- Payroll designation (CPP)
