- Continuously upgrade and prime the system without workflow interruption.
- Use the system to its fullest potential.
- Guide the HRIS team in system maintenance and administration.
- Coordinate system patch upgrades and process enhancements.
- Streamline activities to generate a positive outcome for the business.
- Ensure proper governance is followed for HR and Talent teams.
- Provide end-user/administrator support and training.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of HRIS Manager experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- 7+ years of HRIS Techno/Functional Analyst experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Strong understanding of SDLC using the Agile model.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience working for a construction company and/or with a bilingual workforce is a plus.
- Interest and capability to work remotely, participate in virtual conference calls, and travel for team and group events as needed.
- Ability to work a varied schedule to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Competitive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Total compensation will be comprised of a base salary with annual bonus potential.
