About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Oracle HCM system provides ease of access and a 'one-stop shop' for employees and managers.
  • Continuously upgrade and prime the system without workflow interruption.
  • Use the system to its fullest potential.
  • Guide the HRIS team in system maintenance and administration.
  • Coordinate system patch upgrades and process enhancements.
  • Streamline activities to generate a positive outcome for the business.
  • Ensure proper governance is followed for HR and Talent teams.
  • Provide end-user/administrator support and training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of HRIS Manager experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • 7+ years of HRIS Techno/Functional Analyst experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC using the Agile model.
  • Basic understanding of SQL.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience working for a construction company and/or with a bilingual workforce is a plus.
  • Interest and capability to work remotely, participate in virtual conference calls, and travel for team and group events as needed.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule to complete projects and meet deadlines.
