Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Leader to join our team at Sequel Medical Technology. This role will involve partnering with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to successfully launch new innovative insulin pumps and future products in the western Maryland region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with experience promoting diabetes devices and knowledge of diabetes therapeutics. They will be responsible for developing effective territory planning and strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving continued adoption and growth of Sequel products.

This is a full-time position based in the assigned geography, requiring frequent travel within the territory and occasional overnight stays. The total base salary for this position is estimated to be $185,000 - $215,000 annually, with target incentive compensation included.

As a Senior Territory Business Leader, you will also take on a leadership role within the team, mentoring junior staff, assisting with field sales training, and participating on internal advisory boards. To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of sales experience, and valid driver's license.
