About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Architect to join our team at ApTask. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex ecommerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to scope and implement ecommerce solutions
  • Provide architecture and design for implementations, perform gap analysis, and design configuration, customizations, extensions, and interfaces
  • Responsible for the overall solution architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance of ecommerce websites
  • Architect and design leading ecommerce solutions that support industry-leading best practices
  • Work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and partners for site changes, lead project discovery and definition workshops, and provide technical problem resolution to complex issues
  • Develop best practices, assets, and frameworks to help teams learn Salesforce Commerce Cloud and develop offerings to help customers with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related technologies
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience with ecommerce and digital transformation, with a minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B/B2C) experience
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex end-to-end ecommerce solutions, with the ability to provide expert guidance in an agile work environment
  • Technical review of artifacts related to code, design, and guiding teams in the right direction
  • Working knowledge of corporate retail environments, SQL commands and procedures, batch file scripting, and the ability to work in onsite-offshore models
  • Strong technical experience in production with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B/B2C), Salesforce Admin and Platform Dev Certified, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud Certified
