The Service Desk Associate will provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale systems and other software applications
- Provide product recommendations and upselling/cross-selling opportunities to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. You must also be comfortable working with technology, including point-of-sale systems and other software applications.
