Job Description

The Pierre, a Taj Hotel, is looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional guest service. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front desk operation, including staff supervision, guest interactions, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of front desk agents to provide excellent service and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, including room assignments, key management, and guest communication.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and Forbes Five Star standards.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of front desk management experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
