We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Executive Sales and Marketing Director. As part of our esteemed management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing efforts to achieve exceptional results.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales and marketing teams, with a strong background in strategic planning, revenue management, and customer service.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as revenue management and events, to develop cross-functional plans and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement, developing targeted plans to address gaps and optimize results.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the hotel's services and amenities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
