This position offers a competitive salary range of $54,000 to $64,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all facets of event services operations.
  • Engage with Event Managers and various internal departments.
  • Manage staffing schedules and event logistics.
  • Supervise the organization and cleanliness of equipment storage.
  • Conduct shift briefings and delegate work assignments.
  • Oversee maintenance and operational protocols.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff development.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly oversee employees within the Event Operations Department.
  • Execute supervisory duties in alignment with company policies.
  • Facilitate hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma is required; college coursework is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a public assembly environment.
  • Strong emphasis on event preparation with relevant experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with facility cleanliness standards and practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive maintenance approach.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • A valid driver's license is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Detailed physical requirements will be discussed during the interview process.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Indoor and outdoor work settings with varying noise levels.

WORK SCHEDULE:

5-day work week with flexibility based on community needs.
