Key Responsibilities- Assemble and process discharged records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze discharged records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Collect and maintain statistical data on discharge records.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in Health Information Management or filing/clerical skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of patient files.
- Occasional bending, stooping, and kneeling required.
