Leadership Development Facilitator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership Development Facilitator to join our team at Action Behavior Centers. As a Leadership Development Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to reach their full potential as leaders within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions aimed at enhancing leadership skills, fostering professional growth, and driving organizational success.
  • Develop and curate leadership development content, resources, and tools to support ongoing learning and skill development.
  • Administer leadership assessments and 360-degree feedback tools to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and leadership development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR professionals to assess organizational needs and develop strategic leadership development initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their leadership development needs and priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) designing, delivering, and facilitating leadership development programs and workshops in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and best practices, with the ability to translate theory into practical applications.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Experience conducting leadership assessments, providing coaching, and delivering feedback to individuals at all levels of the organization.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk and assume a variety of positions (i.e. bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching at or above shoulder level, and reaching overhead.)
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to maintain near and far visual acuity
  • Must be able to be physically present at assigned job location
  • Ability to properly wear necessary PPE
  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech or other sounds
  • Exposure to moderate-to-loud level of noise on a frequent bases
  • Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequence
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standard.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
