Job Description

We are seeking a service-oriented, motivated individual to join our Leadership Development Program as a participant. This is an incredible opportunity to join a purpose-driven organization and contribute to our mission of improving access to dermatology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Immerse yourself in rotational areas to learn the business function and gain a true enterprise perspective.
  • Execute special projects with the guidance of leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-department communication and business processes.
  • Research as needed for assigned projects and present findings to inform business decisions.
  • Drive process improvement across the organization.
  • Identify project and process pain points, make recommendations on possible solutions.
  • Support ongoing and new initiatives of departments as assigned.
  • Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the assigned rotation and/or project.
  • Act as liaison between company, customers, patients, vendors, and others as needed for assigned rotation and/or project.
  • Collaborate with other departments and individuals across the organization as needed.
Requirements
  • A proactive mind-set, bias towards action, with a self-starting work style.
  • Excellent project management abilities, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Top-notch time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Must be a recent graduate from an accredited university, degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better.
  • Minimum of 1 (one) professional internship.
  • Experience and passion for fast-paced high-growth companies that use data to drive decision-making.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Administrative office may have minimum visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
