In collaboration with the VP of Portfolio Management, you will formulate a strategic plan to enhance the distribution and marketing of the suppliers within your portfolio. You will regularly provide data and analysis to the VP regarding potential new items, discontinued products, and optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate comprehensive brand strategies utilizing internal data, market research, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure brand strategies are effectively implemented in marketplace activities that drive sales and profitability.
  • Participate in monthly brand meetings, preparing and presenting summaries on brand achievements, providing depletion and goal reviews by suppliers, and updating the management team on any issues related to specific brands.
  • Engage with the sales team in the field to visit key accounts and assist in marketing select brands.
  • Establish strong relationships and maintain communication with assigned suppliers, following up as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary contact for pricing and resolve any pricing-related issues.
  • Deliver appropriate brand training to the sales team, including presentations and marketing materials.
  • Achieve set goals and objectives efficiently and punctually.
  • Maintain punctuality for work, appointments, meetings, and other work-related functions.
  • Coordinate special events for internal staff and external suppliers/customers.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., along with skills in sitting, bending, reaching, driving, visual acuity, and manual dexterity.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for concentrations in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the wine industry, particularly in marketing or sales roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong follow-through capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of market pricing dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Diver and Navision applications.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, with eligibility for a 12% bonus. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, a 401k plan with company matching, an employee purchase program, and paid time off. If you join Winebow, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience, along with considerations for internal equity among current team members.

Work Arrangement: This position offers a hybrid work model, with in-office presence required in Kent, WA, from Tuesday to Thursday, and remote work on other days, except when special meetings or events necessitate attendance.
