Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business partners to spearhead recruitment and hiring strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support in managing project tasks, milestones, and resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee project specifications, timelines, risks, and challenges.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and recruitment teams to handle new job openings from inception to onboarding.
  • Communicate with senior leadership to relay project objectives, strategies, and progress updates.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in program management.
  • Exceptional collaboration abilities across various teams and organizations.
  • Capability to identify and mitigate project risks efficiently.
  • Advanced analytical skills for addressing complex situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in executive-level correspondence.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven history of overseeing large-scale programs.
  • Proficiency in Client Office applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite applications.
