Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Allied Universal. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and clients.

Job Summary

The Security Officer will act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, detecting and reporting suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide security services to clients and facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or incidents
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
  • Work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve security
  • Meet and exceed performance standards and expectations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for driving positions
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
