Position Summary:
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer plays a crucial role in the development, construction, maintenance, and testing of systems within our cloud hosting environment, ensuring compliance with the FedRAMP security certification standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ImageTrend's hosting environments and product specifications.
  • Collaborate with IT System Architects, Database Administrators, Security Teams, and Product Owners to uphold cloud hosting environments.
  • Support the FedRAMP environment within Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement best security and compliance practices from the FedRAMP environment to commercial cloud settings.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for the FedRAMP environment.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors as necessary.
  • Provide on-call support for issues that arise outside of standard working hours.
  • Travel for orientation, industry events, and other onsite meetings as required, up to 10%.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and processes for Azure hosting.
  • Experience in a FedRAMP Authorized Azure Environment is preferred.
  • Background in high-security/compliance environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in analytical and critical thinking.
  • Ability to conceptualize plans and solutions and effectively communicate them to others.
  • Technologically adept with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to self-motivate.
  • Ability to handle proprietary and confidential information with discretion.
  • Enthusiasm for professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to work on-call hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
