Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Star Papa LP. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in restaurant management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and developing their skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of employees.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
  • Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and customer service software.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
