Executive Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Seminole Gaming. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your exceptional sales skills and drive business growth while maintaining the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
About Us:
Seminole Gaming is a world-renowned entertainment, gaming, and hospitality destination. Our flagship resort, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, offers an unparalleled gaming experience with 3,100 slots, 195 table games, and a 45-table poker room. We also feature 19 dining outlets and 20 bars and lounges, as well as a 13.5-acre recreational water experience for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in achieving or exceeding personal and property-wide annual revenue goals.
- Maintain relationships with business accounts and source new business opportunities.
- Research and solicit new business over the telephone, in person, or through exhibits at trade shows.
- Conduct outside sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Negotiate all sales contracts effectively.
- Prepare and maintain corporate business files, records, correspondence, and reports to ensure compliance with established departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain accounts, contact, activity, and business details within the appropriate software applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required along with (3) three to (5) five years of hotel sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Proficiency in hotel software for catering sales such as Daylight or Delphi required.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and an annual bonus opportunity.
