As a Client Service Specialist, you will handle transactions, assist in managing client services, and maintain outstanding organization at the service counter to create unforgettable experiences for clients in a pivotal area of the store. THE ROLE
As a Client Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing extraordinary experiences and creating meaningful, memorable moments at the service counter.
- Efficiently and accurately processing transactions while ensuring a world-class client experience.
- Managing the complete service process, including notifying clients of their incoming services, consistently auditing services, and proactively addressing opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Supporting service counter operations, which includes managing the queue to ensure prompt service, preparing products for transactions, packaging client purchases, and returning products to the sales floor.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Client Service Specialist should possess:
- Demonstrated skills, education, and/or relevant certifications (prior experience with point-of-sale systems is advantageous).
