The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing community engagement and customer experiences through both online and offline marketing initiatives. This role is tasked with boosting the utilization of social media platforms while infusing creativity into our existing marketing approaches. Close collaboration with the marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams is essential to ensure that our website, social media presence, marketing materials, and other communications accurately represent our brand and meet our overarching objectives.

Candidates should possess a strong ability to coordinate and execute marketing communication projects, with responsibilities encompassing social media management, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand management, and event planning. Familiarity with standard marketing and advertising concepts, practices, and procedures is vital, while knowledge of real estate operations is advantageous. A degree of creativity and flexibility is expected.

In addition to marketing and branding responsibilities, this position will also involve tracking sales metrics, managing marketing materials inventory, maintaining databases, and preparing analytical reports.

This role will spearhead our initiatives to engage stakeholders with high-quality content, develop content delivery strategies, and ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging while overseeing the company's social media marketing and advertising efforts.

This position requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.

Compensation:

$18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns
  • Manages new community launches, including signage and events
  • Prepares weekly sales performance reports
  • Curates and maintains social media content for communities
  • Posts and manages all listings in MLS
  • Coordinates all marketing services for property listings
  • Oversees website management, including written and digital content, redesigns as necessary, SEO development, and analytics tracking
  • Operates and maintains all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates
  • Arranges closing gifts and events
  • Creates and develops various Facebook and Google advertisements
  • Establishes marketing strategies for team events, open houses, and new listings
  • Plans and organizes all team events and promotes them across all social media platforms
  • Ensures that company communications and materials are accurate and consistent
Qualifications:
  • B.S./B.A. in Marketing or related fields preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or brand management within an agency or real estate sales context
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Expertise in social media management
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly knowledgeable in marketing principles
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passionate about innovative solutions and engaging diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with forward-design concepts
  • Basic understanding of the residential real estate sales process
  • Thrives in new product development, adapting to new environments, and collaborating with new teams
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Suite
  • Preferred experience in the real estate sector
  • Must possess a valid Real Estate License
