Job Description

Full Circle Communities, Inc. is seeking a skilled Assistant Community Manager to oversee the efficient operations, management, and performance of our properties. This role is part of a management team, requiring rotation between properties in the region.

The Assistant Community Manager is a critical position, responsible for supporting the Community Manager and acting as Community Manager in their absence. Key responsibilities include administrative, physical, and financial oversight of the property.

As a successful Assistant Community Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of your property, providing a high level of service to residents. You must possess the professionalism to interact with all levels of management and personnel, and the ability to work well and communicate with various personality types.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Community Manager and acting as Community Manager in their absence
  • Providing administrative, physical, and financial oversight of the property
  • Managing rent collection, budgeting, and delinquencies
  • Ensuring compliance with all financing sources
  • Creating organizational systems for accurate record keeping and efficient financial transactions
  • Generating new leases through informative and personalized tours
  • Building customer loyalty through positive interactions with prospective and current residents
  • Working closely with the maintenance staff to ensure the community's interior and exterior are pristine

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily property management
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong administrative, organizational, customer service, and communication skills
  • Computer savvy; YARDI or similar property software experience preferred
  • Tax Credit Certification (or to be obtained within 120 days of hire)
  • LIHTC experience
  • Budgeting and variance
  • Competency in Word and Excel
  • Assertive collection abilities
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle

The Company offers a competitive hourly range of $21.00 - $24.00, plus an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, Simple IRA, PTO, paid parental leave, accident and critical illness, short- and long-term disability, and more.
