The Role

As a key marketing leader, you'll develop, manage, and execute exceptional marketing campaigns and internal/external communication initiatives. You'll lead junior marketing communications team members, work closely with internal marketing partners, and manage external vendor relationships to deliver insightful and compelling content that promotes our client's products, services, and brand.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the development and tactical implementation of strategic marketing and communications plans.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of all content, including eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, email campaigns, videos, award and event submissions, press releases, bylines, blog posts, and social media posts.
  • Serve as editor-in-chief to ensure accuracy of publications and support brand alignment.
  • Align communications and campaigns with defined user/buyer personas and value propositions.
  • Guide the day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring objectives are implemented.
  • Oversee junior marketing communications team members and manage external vendor relationships.
  • Conduct consistent analysis of internal and external marketing communications opportunities and needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders enabling them to exceed objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Relevant advanced degree required, with 7+ years of related professional experience in marketing, communications, journalism, public affairs, or a related field.
  • Experience within the healthcare field required, healthcare SaaS marketing experience preferred.
  • Well-versed in branding and marketing/communication strategies and tactics (traditional and digital).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to think strategically, synthesize feedback, and translate strategy into effective tactics.
  • Ability to determine a marketing campaign's scope, milestones, objectives, and dependencies.
  • Experience managing external teams/vendors.
  • Experience leading/mentoring internal team members.
  • Experience making data-driven marketing decisions and owning the outcomes of those decisions.
  • Strong organizational and forward-looking planning skills.
