About the Role

The Lodge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to fill the position of Weekend Supervisor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to our residents, ensuring that they receive the highest level of quality care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, to ensure that care is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Document services rendered to residents for billing and administrative purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other members of the healthcare team to ensure that care is coordinated and comprehensive.
  • Identify and prioritize primary nursing problems and develop strategies to address them.
  • Implement care plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure that care is delivered in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Requirements
  • Current state license in Florida as a Registered Nurse.
  • One to three years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Current/active CPR certification.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Internet and Intranet navigation.
  • Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and make independent decisions.
  • Ability to deal with new tasks without the benefit of written procedures.
  • Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
  • Function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with employees and vendors.
