  • Coordinate patient care activities within the hospital on an assigned shift or tour of duty.
  • In the absence of the President and/or his designated representative, serve as the highest official on duty and ensure the continuity of patient care services and other administrative activities.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care services to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and hospital operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure effective patient care and hospital operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a supervisory capacity, with at least 2 years in a critical care setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on patient care and hospital operations.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general nursing theory and practice, management principles and methods, and hospital policies and procedures.
  • ACLS provider training completed or required within 1 year of position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
