KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enter data into Excel with information from resale certificate state forms.
  • Provide weekly updates to the field regarding survey outcomes from renewal initiatives.
  • Update S4/Liberty systems with resale certificate documentation and resale tax numbers.
  • Maintain organized resale certificate files for national accounts.
  • Offer constructive feedback and improvement suggestions to management to minimize risks and enhance service quality.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.
  • Experience in the beverage industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with S4 Software is a plus.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including V & X Lookups and pivot tables.
  • High accuracy in data entry.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring thorough follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands through analytical problem-solving.
  • Skill in understanding diverse communication styles of team members and external partners.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to foster cooperation among various stakeholders, including management and peers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of web applications and Outlook.
