About the Role:
- As a Language Services Representative, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting CaptionCall phones, training customers on phone usage and features, and promoting CaptionCall services.
- You will also support lead generation activities, provide input for business expansion, and meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Additionally, you will maintain customer records, complete service calls and required reports, and maintain inventory of supplies.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge and sales experience are highly desirable.
- Hearing health field experience and experience with senior citizens are also preferred.
