Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide essential care and support to individuals with diverse abilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized assistance with daily activities, including dressing, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence and well-being.
  • Foster social connections and encourage participation in meaningful activities.
  • Advocate for the needs of individuals and support their decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to individual progress and support services.
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for working with individuals with diverse abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities.
