Overview

The Regattabar is a renowned jazz club in Boston, known for its exceptional performances and upscale atmosphere.

We are seeking a skilled Regattabar Hospitality Manager to lead our team in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Regattabar operation, including communication with musicians, staff management, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Liaise with musicians, promoters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or events management
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume venues or events
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
