Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of case management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
