  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored conference solutions
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting site inspections and presenting hotel features to potential clients
  • Working closely with the banquet department to ensure seamless event execution
  • Managing group room blocks and pick-up procedures
  • Generating detailed reports for operating departments
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure client satisfaction
  • Performing any other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, preferably in catering sales
  • A minimum of 1 year within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, revenue management, training, and motivation of peers
  • Able to execute appropriate action plans
