As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and other cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in planning, analyzing, and defining functional and technical capabilities for contact center applications.
  • Assist in facilitating impact assessments and producing estimates for client work requests.
  • Develop and test IVR contact flows under the supervision of a lead developer.
  • Implement Amazon Connect and Lex solutions, as well as develop integrations with 3rd party systems.
  • Design and implement call routing using routing profiles, queues, call backs, emergency messages, hours of operations, and holiday routing with dynamic messaging.
  • Develop strong programming skills in Python and Java over AWS Lambda APIs.
  • Experience with development and version control tools like GitHub and AWS CodePipeline.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of contact center technology experience, preferably in an Enterprise scale environment.
  • Hands-on AWS experience with at least 1 full life cycle Amazon Connect implementation, preferably in GovCloud.
  • Experience designing and implementing call routing using routing profiles, queues, call backs, emergency messages, hours of operations, and holiday routing with dynamic messaging.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java over AWS Lambda APIs.
  • Experience with development and version control tools like GitHub and AWS CodePipeline.
