AWS Connect Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Connect Developer to join our team at rockITdata. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and Lex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test IVR contact flows under the supervision of a lead developer.
  • Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and producing estimates for client work requests.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Amazon Connect and Lex implementations.
  • Developing integrations with 3rd party systems.
  • Hands-on AWS experience with at least 1 full life cycle Amazon Connect implementation.
  • 3+ years of contact center technology experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java over AWS Lambda APIs.
  • Experience with development and version control tools like Github and AWS Codepipeline.
