Speech Language Pathologist or Assistant

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist or Assistant to join our team in a school-based setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing speech services to K-12 students, working closely with teachers, directors, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Responsibilities- Provide assessments and interventions to students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of speech services into the classroom
- Attend meetings and communicate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
- Active Massachusetts SLP or SLPA licensure
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
