Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Huntsman Corporation is a global leader in the production and marketing of differentiated and specialty chemicals. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role will provide strong analytical support to the Polyurethanes Division, focusing on sales enablement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and build trust with assigned customer accounts, ensuring execution of processes and procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer support, driving value-added service at all levels, and resolving issues related to orders and deliveries.
  • Manage customer master data information and facilitate the completion of customer partner creation and updates within the SAP system.
  • Facilitate meetings, resolve complex problems, and provide guidance and support for the securing, training, and oversight of applications, software, and hardware.
  • Review carrier performance, provide performance feedback, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Support the identification of continuous improvement actions and offer viable solutions to problems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service, Purchasing, or Supply Chain role.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales forecasts, pricing, planning, project management, and data analysis.
  • Ability to solve problems and support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
