Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at University Health System- San Antonio. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely escalation to the appropriate support level.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to all technical calls and emails concerning on-line service, network or end-user-related problems.
  • Provide an interface for end-users seeking assistance and document problem calls.
  • Solve or ensure timely escalation to the appropriate support level.
  • Promote the Health's Guest Relations Policy.
Requirements
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Specialized courses in Information Services are preferred.
