Front-End Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Front-End Manager to oversee all Front-End operations and supervise a team of Front-End Team Members. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all Guests have a positive experience while visiting our stores by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Supervise and train Front-End Team Members to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve Front-End operations and increase sales.
- Manage Front-End Team Member schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Front-End area.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to providing a positive Guest experience.
- The ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other Team Members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
