Job Overview

The Toddler Teacher at Children's Land is responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of toddlers. This role requires a dedicated individual who can design engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of toddlers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
  • Monitor and record children's developmental milestones.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, and rest periods.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and cooperative working environment.
  • Create and utilize educational materials to stimulate children's senses and promote learning.
  • Organize activities that encourage children to explore their surroundings and develop their motor skills.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with toddlers or young children.
  • Mandated Reporter certification.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Patience and a genuine love for working with young children.
