About the Role:
The Toddler Teacher at Children's Land is responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment where toddlers can thrive. This role demands a dedicated individual who can craft engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences that cater to the unique developmental needs of toddlers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Monitor children's developmental milestones and maintain detailed records of their progress.
- Facilitate a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, and rest periods.
- Ensure the safety of the children by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic classroom environment to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses.
- Collaborate with parents to keep them informed about their child's development and any concerns.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and cooperative working environment.
- Create and utilize educational materials to stimulate the children's senses and promote learning.
- Organize activities that encourage the children to explore their surroundings and develop their motor skills.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with toddlers or young children.
- Mandated Reporter certification.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Patience and a genuine love for working with young children.

- 40 hours of paid leave per 12-month period.
- 5 days of paid vacation per year after completing 1 year of employment, increasing by 2 days after 5 years and by 3 days after 10 years.
