Position Summary:

The Aircraft Ground Support Specialist (AGSS) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to transient aircraft, ensuring the needs of jet owners, guests, and crews are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aircraft and ramp activities during assigned shifts.
- Assign and monitor tasks for team members, ensuring high standards of service.
- Assist in training new personnel alongside the Line Manager and Line Technician Trainer.
- Uphold safety protocols and procedures, especially in the absence of management.
- Maintain accurate shift reports and documentation.
- Provide personalized service to Private and Corporate Aviation clients, including arranging hotel accommodations, catering, and transportation.
- Coordinate essential aircraft services such as fueling and hangar storage.
- Input trip details into scheduling software and update customer records as needed.
- Communicate effectively using air-to-ground and ground-to-ground radio systems.
- Educate clients on available services and promotions.
- Process invoices and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Foster relationships with local service providers to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure the lobby is welcoming and well-stocked with refreshments.
- Track flights to guarantee timely service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in basic mathematics.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Familiarity with various aircraft types and servicing is a plus.

Reporting Structure:

- Reports to the Line Service Manager.

Work Environment:

This role involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, various weather conditions, and potentially hazardous materials. The noise level is typically loud, and the position may require lifting and moving up to 75 pounds.
