Key Responsibilities
  • Aircraft Ground Support: Provide safe and efficient ground support services to arriving and departing aircraft, including fueling, towing, parking, and basic cleaning.
  • Customer Service: Deliver proactive, personalized service to clients, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate services with clients, including hotel, catering, and ground transportation arrangements, and communicate effectively via air-to-ground radio and other forms of communication.
  • Administrative Tasks: Input trip data into scheduling software, update customer information in the database, and process customer invoices.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive image of Modern Aviation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience and basic knowledge of aircraft types and servicing a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional mathematical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
