As a Telehealth Communication Associate at Inizio Engage, you will be part of a dynamic team representing our top biotechnology client in various projects via inbound/outbound telecommunication. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Biotechnology company across Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs businesses.

Salary: $18 per hour

Job Overview As a Telehealth Communication Associate, you will work closely with our client to provide empathetic communication and tele-management skills to callers. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent quality standards, adhering to program scripts and guidelines, and accurately collecting information required by individual programs.

Responsibilities Your key responsibilities as a Telehealth Communication Associate will include:
  • Maintaining excellent quality standards for all client programs.
  • Exhibiting effective communication and tele-management skills.
  • Conversing with callers in an empathetic manner and facilitating their understanding of medical terminology.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Inbound Call Center experience required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse.
