Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute all Line Service functions, including towing, refueling, and servicing of aircraft.
  • Operate Ground Support Equipment while ensuring maintenance and cleanliness standards are upheld.
  • Welcome and engage with customers, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols.
  • Assess fuel consumption, document sales transactions, and complete required paperwork accurately.
  • Conduct both exterior and interior cleaning of aircraft to maintain high standards.
  • Oversee the safety and security of the ramp area and facility.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Licenses/Certificates: Must possess Man-lift and Forklift Certifications, be Tow qualified, hold NATA Safety 1 Certification, and have a valid driver's license.
  • Attendance: Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting heavy objects, working in various environments, and managing diverse physical tasks.
  • Education and Experience: High School diploma required; prior experience in Line Service or the aviation industry is necessary.
