Your Role as a Bilingual Licensed Sales Agent
We are looking for passionate Bilingual Licensed Sales Agents to enhance our Operations Team. In this pivotal position, you will engage with homeowners to promote our insurance offerings and contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and texts, to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Clearly articulate the unique benefits of Kin's products, addressing any questions or concerns from prospective clients.
- Utilize leads provided by our marketing team to maximize your sales potential.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, text, and email to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Customize insurance policies for clients using our internal tools.
- Educate clients on home insurance intricacies to enhance their understanding.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Kin in the market.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a commitment to achieving sales goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and related tools.
Work Schedule:
This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, with occasional Saturday shifts every 4-6 weeks.
