**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct and monitor all activities related to maintenance and facility operations.
- Develop annual and project-based budgets for maintenance and facility needs.
- Plan and direct work schedules with department employees.
- Ensure the safety of employees and company property.
- Work independently to achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
- Handle and resolve issues related to job responsibilities.
- Succeed within a team environment to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Train employees in job responsibilities, including coaching in proper performance techniques and procedures.
- Maintain records on employee productivity for supervision or control.
- Appraise employee productivity and efficiency to recommend promotions, raises, or changes in status.
- Resolve and manage disciplinary issues when necessary.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in a similar role.
- Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, to lead a team.
