Senior Maintenance Manager Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Cambridge, OH to find a skilled Maintenance Manager. This direct hire opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-$125,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and facility activities to ensure optimal production levels
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets to meet business objectives
- Plan work schedules and prioritize employee safety
- Train and coach staff to improve productivity and performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work towards production goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
