About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our QCM team in Cambridge, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our maintenance and facility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and monitor all activities related to maintenance and facilities.
  • Develop annual and project-based budgets for facility and equipment maintenance.
  • Plan and direct work schedules with department employees.
  • Ensure the safety of employees and company property.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve objectives.
  • Resolve issues related to job responsibilities.
  • Succeed within a team environment to achieve production goals.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Train employees in job responsibilities and coach them in proper performance techniques.
  • Maintain records of employee productivity and appraise their performance.
  • Resolve disciplinary issues when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in a similar role.
  • Supervisory experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong skills in using MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication skills to lead a team.
