**Job Title:** Pre-Bid Coordinator

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Bid Coordinator to join our team at Triumph Construction. As a key member of our pre-bidding process, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction project bids from initial identification to bid submission.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. **Project Identification and Analysis:** Research and identify potential construction projects through online databases, industry publications, and networking. Analyze project requirements, specifications, and eligibility criteria to determine the feasibility and competitiveness of bidding.
  2. **Documentation and Proposal Preparation:** Gather and compile all necessary documentation required for the bidding process, including project plans, specifications, and addenda. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Estimating, Engineering, Legal) to ensure accurate and comprehensive bid proposals.
  3. **Stakeholder Coordination:** Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to clarify project details and requirements. Organize and attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs to gather crucial information for the bid.
  4. **Cost Estimation and Budgeting:** Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project specifications and requirements. Work closely with the Estimating team to review and refine cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  5. **Compliance and Risk Management:** Ensure all bid submissions comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in pre-bidding or a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
