Job Overview

Lantech, a leading manufacturer of stretch wrapping technology and case and tray handling equipment, is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join its team. As a key member of the HR department, this role will be responsible for providing functional support in various areas, including talent acquisition, onboarding, safety, compliance, HR systems, associate engagement, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the growth of the organization.
  • Provide HR support to the office, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR systems and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management processes.
  • Champion the organization's culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
