Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Signs of Success, Inc., a leading provider of quality architectural and commercial signs as well as wide format printing and creative services.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Associate to support our controller and personnel in other departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support, managing accounts payable, purchasing raw materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and equipment maintenance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll time cards and certified payroll reports;
  • Process accounts payable and purchasing raw materials;
  • Ensure compliance with safety and equipment maintenance regulations;
  • Support contracts management and buyouts;
  • Clerical filing, data entry, errands, and phone support;
  • Assist with yearly and quarterly tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or 3 years of direct experience in Accounts Receivable;
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Able to learn proprietary software programs and adapt to frequent software updates.
