We are seeking a skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team at Signs of Success, Inc., a full-service sign company offering quality architectural and commercial signs as well as wide format printing and creative services. This position will report directly to the controller and provide support to personnel in other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable
  • Purchasing Raw Materials
  • Compliance, Safety & Equipment Maintenance Tracking & Data Entry
  • Support Contracts Management
  • Buyouts Management & Weekly Reporting
  • Clerical Filing, Data Entry, Errands, Assist with Phones
  • Support Yearly and Quarterly Tasks

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Accounting or 3 years direct experience in an Accounts Receivable position
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Able to learn and adapt to proprietary software programs
